How can I become a host?
It's simple! You must verify your account, append a bank account for us to deposit funds to, and add one (or many) spaces for guests to book.
How does pricing work?
Riive is free to download. Unlike flat rate parking garages/lots, you will only pay for the time you are parked. You can book your space within 30 minute time slots and pay ahead of time. Hosts set their parking price.
What is your cancellation policy?
As a guest, you can cancel your trip at any time, including while the trip is currently booked. You will receive a partial refund for cancelling during the trip.

As a host, you can cancel an upcoming trip, but cannot cancel a currently active trip. If you cancel a trip, you will have to cover the transaction fees and service fees. This amount varies, but is typically less than $2.00.
When do I receive payment as a host?
We try to get payment to our hosts as soon as possible. This should be at least weekly if not a couple times weekly. If you are having issues with payment, contact us.
